Eastbourne or Conquest Hospitals... any good?

I live in London but we're contemplating a move out of the city when I'll be 28 weeks. We're thinking of moving down to Eastbourne or somewhere in East Sussex.

We're going to go down and check out hospitals next month but I can't seem to find ANY information online.. even if they have maternity units, birth centres, etc.

Has anyone either been to Eastbourne Hospital or Conquest? I'm particularly interested in a water birth but I don't know if there's that option.

Any info would be very much appreciated :)

I checked out the 'local' page on here but doesn't seem like anyone's posted there for over a year.
