Me too! I am only 10+4 though. Just trying to rest but couldn't sleep last night as I was so blocked up. Hopefully Olbas Oil will help tonight.

Me too, have felt awful since Christmas day, I am supposed to be back to work tomorrow, but I don't think I am going to be able to. I feel guilty as was off sick only two weeks ago with terrible morning sickness.

Yup, am 33 weeks and feel awful, terrible cold, sore throat. Also have very attractive hacks at the side of my mouth and tongue ulcers. Having a chat with midwife tomorrow re Vit B deficiency!!

me too - had sniffles, snots and coughs for a few days but today feel really sick and tearful too. think the hardest part is feeling so completely pathetic and moody!

24 weeks now, not sure whether I could take any meaningful drugs anyway, but hope this clears up soon - for me and the rest of you!

I now am in a state of miserable confusion as to what is yet another foul side effect of pregnancy and what are just germs from the office, guessing that runny nose blocked sinuses (both at once its just not fair)cough, sore throat and headache are all germs, the rest probably pregnancy - ? anyway Im back at work and scrounging paracetamol from colleagues - mine left at home (memory malfunction probably pregnancy :( )

Another one here, been ill since last Thursday; no longer have the temperature or feel like death (OK, minor bit of drama) and the throat is no longer like swallowing razor blades, but the cough is still dreadful and my sinuses are producing disgusting stuff - fat lot of use paracetamol is, I need decongestants!!!!

I've been the boots today and checked with midwife.. Boots own brand glycerin & blackcurrent linctus is safe to use during pregnancy. The label says it so I checked and it's got the all clear. It's for dry coughs but it works well with mist by helping to stop you coughing.
