Does any one know whether I can take a nasal decongestant? I have a bad cold and am really stuffed up.
I have looked on the Sudafed website, I cant find an answer?

I really sympathise as when I get a cold I get really bad sinus congestion, when I was pregnant I asked several pharmacists what I could use and they recommended nothing more than albas oil and steam inhalations. Not the advice you want to hear I know (I'm usually a sudafed addict when bunged up), but I did buy a steam inhaler from Boots that fits over your nose and mouth which was more effective that just a bowl and towel. Sorry can't help any more than that. Hope you feel better soon.

I had an attack of sinusitis w/my last pregnancy, though, and tried to only paracetamol thing. I wound up w/a sinus infection. If you're still bunged up by Monday, see your GP and don't let them fob you off.

You can also go to the chemist and ask for Steri-Mar, which is just canned saline solution, to irrigate your nose.
