Raspberry leaf tea - HELP

Just a quick question. I know they say that raspberry leaf tea can help bring on labour, but is it the same as raspberry flavoured tea?

It's not the same. It needs to be the leaves, dried. It seems to be harder to get these days but a good health food shop should have it. Or Neals Yard.
It doesn't 'bring on labour' as such but is believed to be a uterine tonic.
I really loved it during late pregnancy.

I think ours was from Holland and Barrett and yes I think it does have to be raspberry leaf.

Got mine in holland and barrett.
Drunk it every day in last week of pg - not sure if it helped, but I liked it. Add sugar or honey.

I drank plenty of the stuff from Holland & Barrett. DD came 2 1/2 weeks early, with 4 1/2 hr labour. So it was either the tea to blame or the over-energetic nesting.
