It kinda helped but it's a very weird cd, actually I used the app. I couldn't listen to it now as it would make me feel sick by association!

Lol, I can imagine it would, I lived in a flat for just 4 months once and had morning sickness for 3 of them and just looking at a photo of it brings back a wave of nausea!

But if it helped even just a little then thats worth it I reckon, I'd pay anything to not feel like this anymore!! Thank you

I used it at the start when the nausea was really bad.I wouldn't say it cured it but it certainly helped. It is wierd though as Bumperlicious says. I had the app and the CD as I was so desperate I didn't want to wait 3 days for it to be delivered so had my DH download it onto his phone until the CD arived! I used it to get to sleep at night when I felt sick.

I used it but tbh not sure how much it helped - I had really bad all day non stop nausea but used to use the CD when it got really bad. After a few days I associated the odd music with feeling sick, so don't think that helped! I think the fact that I put my faith in it and thought it would help did a little IYKWIM though.

I also got the natal hypnotherapy morning sickness CD which helped a bit while I was doing the CD (not sure if it helped with the situation in general though).
