CD's for labour

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good hypno-birthing or relaxation CD for labour and birth.

I have put together some playlists for the early stages to keep me occupied while at home but was thinking of getting something nice and calming for the hospital section - you never know if it sounds like a spa and I manage to get a birthing pool I might manage to stay calm.

I'll try anything so any recommendations will be gratefully received!

Hi MummyBeth, I have been using the Natal Hypnotherapy CDs - the preparation for birth one is lovely and calming, and if you buy the whole set of 4 CDs, you also get one which has music to use during the birth.

The website is here but you can get them from Amazon etc.

I'm also hoping it will help me keep calm and think of the birthing pool as just a nice big bath!
