i've had morning sickness before - last time till 20 weeks but i've obviously blanked most of it from my memory as i know it was bad but can't remember how bad.
i've been feeling progressively queasy since i got my bfp but only puked for the first time (this pregnancy) on wednesday morning.
twice yesterday - after breakfast and dinner.
twice today - after breakfast and lunch.

so i've not really kept anything down since yesterday lunch - which was only toast.
nothing tastes right, water is horrid, i can't find a drink i want.

AAAARGH!

any ideas/ suggestions/ advice/ anything!?!?!? (can you tell i'm getting desperate!) :(

lucozade? it saved me and coca-cola

I don't think you can actually so anything to really help - all the ginger etc never did it for me anyway so you have my sympathy - horrid just horrid

I lived on Coke, fizzy water and ready salted hoola hoops.

Are you eating smaller portions? (I presume you are).

Sorry you're feeling grotty, how miserable.

i'm hardly eating at all tbh. just picking and nibbling on biscuits. its rubbish as i'm usually such a foodie.
i've sent dh and ds out for lemonade, fizzy water and white sliced bread - its usually a banned item as it bloats me but its all i can face.
i can't remember if it was this bad last time or not.

when do you say enough is enough and get something from dr?

I used....

Extra strong mints - working on the theory that MS is cause by your sense of smell going overdrive as they stop you smelling anything but mint

Travel sickness wristbands - the ones with the little pip on the inside that presses on the acupressure point.

Ice lollies - had to be Del Monte Orange ones for me. Anything milky made me feel worse.

Ice cold drinks - water/coke.

Small regular snacks - I pretty much grazed rather than ate meals

Keeping cool

Can you tell I had it for ages too? :) 20 weeks with DS and 16 with DD!
