Hiya
we were just talking about pelvic floor stuff on our antenatal thread and I thought I would pass on this article about pelvic floor stuff, because the ads round it
a) are offering a free panty liner sample pack
b) and a free core exercise training DVD
which I thought might come in handy for those of us who are pg and worried about our pelvic floors before and after birth!
(I don't have anything to do with the company giving out the DVD or anything, I just thought it was quite a good freebie!
