How do I guage though how much bigger I'm going to get though? I'm currently 34 weeks and have gone up from a 34F to a 36G but I've no idea how much I'll expand by the end of it.

I think you do get bigger in the last few weeks - temporarily - with hormones, milk coming in, water retention, then after a few weeks you go back a bit smaller again. So maybe the 36G will be okay for you - and wear on the loosest hook setting right after baby is born.

Thanks for that! They always look fairly stretchy too so I assume there's room for a bit of error?

I have so far resisted ditching my underwire but I guess I'm going to have to admit defeat soon and buy some of those really attractive nursing ones!

I tried there measuring guide (I am 36 +4) and gave up as made me smaller than normal!!

I was measured at 11wks and was a 34c (had been a 34b) but that didnt fit well and she had said initially 34d - did trust her so carried on with 34b bras and breasts havent really grown at all and my bras are comfy.

so I decided to buy a 36C literally a cup size and back size bigger than now.

apparently these are excellent nursing bras. I liked the fact they were both white all be it one has a pattern as didnt want a black one as all other twin packs seem to have and these are not lacy which I hate!!

Generally your back size reverts to pre-pregnancy size (unless you have gained loads of weight as back size growth is due to expanding size of ribs rather than weight gain) so if you are a 36 in pregnancy order a 34. However, the cup size will be dramatically different for the first few months of feeding. Think I went from 34D pre-pregnancy to 34G or H last time. Not sure there is a formula for calculating though.

Thanks, I've been after some new bras for ages and I love the Miriam Stoppard nursing bras.

SHD1 for free delivery worked for me but the PKCP for 10% off (and the PY4P) didn't work, it said they were invalid codes, so maybe they have stopped them?

Mine arrived yesterday lovely lovely bras so pleased with them for the price.

Mine are a little tight when tried on, have 4 hooks and had on loosest hook so a 36 back was good idea as should fit once baby arrives.
