We had a piddle pad in the car, never bothered with the pushchair. But despite DD1 having numerous accidents in the house she seemed to manage not to have any when we were on the move.

I just had an incontinence pad under DS's bum in the car seat for the first few days. It got a bit chewed up, and then I forgot to get another, and so far (!) he's not had any accidents in the seat.
