DD 3.6 has lots of accidents. What do I do on a long car journey?

DD2 regularly has wetting accidents (at least one a day). We're about to set off on a very long car journey over 2 days.

I can just about handle accidents in the house , but the thought of a wee-soaked car seat fills me with dread.

Do I put her in pull ups/nappies for the journey, or do I leave her and hope for the best? Would putting her in something set her back?

One friend of ours used puppy housetraining pads in her car-seat.

Yes - you put something between LO and the car seat. Nappy, bed mat, towel, whatever.
