Hi All,
DD came out of day time nappies 2 yrs ago, we took her out of night nappies last weekend as her excema was so bad despite the fact she has never had a dry nappy - she is 4.33 yrs. So far 50% dry nights, so not bad. And the excema is clearing up slowly so good there too.
She does not drink a lot (never has) and having read the advice here about improving bladder capacity, I have been trying to encourage her to drink more. BUT, as they say - you can take a horse to water but you can't make it drink.
Without resorting to giving DD juice all the time, how do I get her to drink more? I'm pondering measuring her input and output - I think that may intrigue her and give her something to beat. Anyone else got any ideas?
Thanks.
