day 4 does this sound ok

So my 2.7 year old has been asking to wear big boy pants for weeks and I've been avoiding it 'the shop's run out of your size'.

Anyway, we're now giving it a go.

lots of accidents days 1 and 2.
Day 4 today and 3 wee accidents, but has also done wees and a poo on potty. He doesn't take himself there though - still needs bribery / coercion.

Does this sound ok? He still wants his big boy pants. Just doesn't want / think to sit on his potty. I tell him he doesn't have to, but will need to wear a nappy if not and he will go to toilet then.

I guess I'm just not sure what to expect. He's my first so it's all new territory.
