Bed wetting at night

Hi all my 3 1/2 yr old girl has been dry during the day for 6 months and dry at night for about 2 months, but in the last 2 weeks has wet the bed every night. I haven't made a big deal out of it and have just been washing sheets every day but just wondered what the general consensus is, should I continue with washing sheets and hope it's a phase or put her back in pull ups until she's dry again? Happy to keep going with the washing but am worried it's having a negative impact as its waking her in the night and she's soaking wet in the morning. All answers much appreciated.

My DS has been out of nappies at night for 2 years now (since he was 3.3ish) and he goes through phases of bed wetting. Will be dry for 2-3 months then wet every night for 2 weeks. Usually it's when he's really tired or is coming down with something. We only put him in nappies when we're away as can't change bedding so easily. He understands.
