Bedwetter who refuses pull ups

Dd, nearly 5, regularly wets the bed (at least every other night, sometimes twice per night).

She was fully dry both day and night at 2, having removed the nappies herself. We then moved house and she started bedwetting, and it has never stopped. This has been for 2 years! Her dad usually takes her to the toilet around 10pm for a Pee, but he often works late and I am physically unable to do so.

Any suggestions for either strategies to help her stop bedwetting or minimise the impact?

Stop lifting her. It is giving her body permission to wee in her sleep & stopping her bladder from having to carry the load through out the night.

The bladder needs to learn to hold what's there all night, emptying it at 10pm isn't helping.

Can you try knickers that are absorbent? I used them for dd2 when she started having accidents after starting school.

Go to the Eric website and the sell padded undies which hold a wee.
