4yo dd won't wipe him after poo!!

As the title says!
My 4yo dd just will not wipe her own bottom after going for a poo! How can I encourage her to do it herself?!

She potty trained at average age, just over 2, and maybe it's my fault for not making her to it herself sooner, but she starts school in 4 weeks and needs to be able to do it!

I have tried just refusing to do it but she will just sit there waiting! She's just spent 25 minutes sitting on the toilet because I was feeding her brother and told her I was busy and that she needed to do it herself.

I've tried a reward chart, also to no avail. She is so confident and independent in all other areas so I just don't know why she won't do this herself!

Any advice greatly appreciated!
