Won't use potty / toilet at nursery

I have spent the last 10 days at home potty training DD (2.5) with good results - in fact we have had no accidents for the last four days and in the last two days she has been proactive in asking to use the potty without me needing to prompt her. Today she went back to nursery and they have just rung to say she has gone through 5 changes of clothes and hasn't used the potty once. I got the impression they don't really believe she was doing it at home! I work full time and don't know what I can do. Really don't want her to go back to nappies again as she was so good, but understand the nursery won't want to keep cleaning up after her all the time either. Does anyone have any experience of this? Do you think it is a temporary blip? Thank you for any advice.

It's a new place with totally new surroundings. Does she understand that she can ask to go to the toilet there and know where it is?

She seems to understand but just doesn't seem interested. As soon as we got home she asked to use the toilet so at least she still remembers! May be tomorrow will be better.

That is strange, maybe there too many distractions there?

Would she prefer to have her own potty to use at nursery, or an identical one? Or a toddler loo seat? Maybe she is shy of using them in front of other DC or staff? Could they help by reminding her to ask when she needs to go, and possibly take her at certain times regardless, such as after meals and snacks.
