But was actually a large wodge of shit. :) she looked disgusted at it but was shouting in a pleased manner probsbly because it didnt go on the floor. She is 17 months and we've been potty training since yesterday. She hasn't done anything in it as of yet but is enjoying putting her toys in to wee and sitting on it. Anyone else training?

You are very brave to do it so early!

I left it until 2.9 with both of mine. The good thing about leaving it until later is the speed it takes. We went from nappies to being fully toilet trained within 2-3 days.

Good luck! Smile

Yes it's true speedyfox, my main reasons for doing it are her utter disgust for nappies (constantly pulling them off and saying 'yucky!!'), I'm due to give birth in July and we are having a big holiday in April so I don't want to pack a load of nappies! She's got pretty much all the signs of being ready to train so I'm just seeing how it goes. Ds was about 2 when he was potty trained and I like to do it early. get an earful off my mum if I thought of leaving it late but it def does take longer. Thanks for the good luck wishes, I'm gonna be needing them ;)
