DD1 started potty training in August (when she was 2.10) and got wees sussed almost straight away, (the power of stickers!) poos took another couple of weeks, but she's been fine even since, apart from a couple of days when she had an ear infection or if she's been caught short playing in the garden at pre-school! The only times we asked if she wanted to go were before we left the house, the rest of the time she would tell us.
Just before xmas she seemed to be going a bit less often, started to have a few more accidents, and not drinking so much (so i made some ice lollies & bought more of her favourite cartoned drinks), and for the last week, we've had at least one accident a day, sometimes more. The other day she sat at the table eating lunch & did a HUGE wee on her chair, and then later did a poo in her pants! We've started asking her if she needs a wee & she says "no", and then often wets herself a few minutes later.
I was a bit worried she might be coming down with something, but she seems otherwise fine (other than being a bit threenagery), so is this just normal regression which will sort itself out after a few more days/weeks/months/years?
We are being very calm and "oh dear, never mind" about the accidents, & doing lots of praise when she does use the potty - is there anything else I can do or do we just have to wait it out?
