Have been potty training for about 2 months now and my little one is brilliant at doing wees on the potty and even the big loo. But almost every time she does a poo, it's in her pants. She doesn't tell us until the minute after she's done it. Bribery not really working. I 'm going slightly mental with it...anyone any suggestions please???
