3 Yrs old stubborn at Potty Training.

i'm having a nightmare potty training my 3yrs old. we have been at it for 3 1/2 months now and she is still wetting herself. she is dry at nursery and loves going to the loo with the other girls but at home its as though she cant be bothered. i've been giving her a 1 smartie for a wee and 2 for a poo and we went shopping together and she chose her pants but its as though she cant be bothered at home. i'm trying not to get cross but its got to the point when i think shes doing it to be naughty. she wont wear pull ups and we seem to go round in circles. she always does her poos on the potty any help??????????????
