Does your child poo standing not sitting and ONLY in a nappy? Pls help.

Hi moms. My daughter is 3y 9m old. She does poo only in the nappy and ONLY STANDING. There is no problem with weeing, she takes her pants of and sits on a potty. But every morning (her poo time) i have to put her nappy on so she can do poo. I have tried many times not to wear nappy in the morning but she keeps her poo day, 2 days, and then gets constipated. We've been on lacsatives 1,5 year since she was 8 mnths old so you can imagine how scared I am of costipation. She would never sit on a potty or toilet to do poo. She goes to nursery (afternoon), she is with no nappy day time other than in the morning. Please help, advise, share your experience. I'd appreciate it very much.Thank you.
