Can anyone recommend a reasonably-priced toilet seat insert please?

I want to get a toilet seat insert thing for DS but I looked in Boots and they were about £8.99! Are they all this expensive? Is it worth getting a cheap one, or are they useless?

Had a look in Asda as well but they didn't seem to have anything. Probably a shop is easier for me to get to than a supermarket.

Oh and my toilet seat is old and can't be screwed off and replaced, so I can't have one of the ones which is permanently attached.

I bought a really nice one from Lidle of all places. Its really comfy moulded seat with a hook so you can hang it up and it was only £2.99

I went to get the one from argos for a £5 but it was always out of stock so my friend at work told me about these, got it about a week ago.

Depends on what do you have a boy or girl. Boots toilet seat for my boy wasn?t comfortable, his wee would splash all over as it had no ?wee guard?. I had to get Babybjorn toilet seat (over £10 from ebay) which is excellent.

Ah, good point, toja, yes I have a boy. I had seen those in Boots but didn't notice the lack of wee guard thing. I will bear it in mind, thanks :)
