Hi I had my second child 2.5 weeks ago and the mental health team have just started me on imipramine to prevent pnd from taking hold as it did following my first child. I can feel it starting to descend so keen to not let it progress this time.
So trying imipramine, one dose in and wondering if anyone had tried it and had good experiences? What dose worked for you etc? Thanks
