Post-pregnancy alcohol reaction

OK, so not the most dire problem ever but a very annoying one...

After mostly abstaining from my beloved wine throughout pregnancy, now (nine weeks post-partum) am discovering I can't drink it anymore without coming out in a horrendous hot red rash, starting on chest and gradually spreading up to my chin. Seriously, I look like I've been dipped in Ribena.

I'm not about to go out and drink litres of the stuff, but I was really looking forward to a nice glass of red of an evening and my body seems to disagree. Has anyone else had this after a baby and then it's stopped happening? Just looking for reassurance that this is not forever...
