Missing adult dialogue

Does anyone have any tips how to deal with missing adult dialogue. I guess being on here is one but I'm keen for more. I kind of feel a bit like I'm living in a baby bubble and it's great but... Maybe I've found the process of becoming a mum a little lonely even with people around.

I feel the same. How old is your DC?

I have a 3 year olds and a newborn 10 week old! I find getting out and going to groups helps a lot. Also making the effort with my friends no matter how tired I feel Smile I also remind myself that this isn't forever and one day I will have my social life back!

I've been missing it massively and DS is 5 weeks today. I had a c section so am a bit confined still at the moment but hopefully driving again soon so will try and head to some baby groups.

Me too. DS is 13 months, he's great but I agree.
