Fists are the only thing on Fs menu. Left, or right - how to choose?

Hair and grass are S's chosen delicacies Grin

Yummy feet, muslin and mummy and daddy's hair are all enjoyed by PidjChick. Spoons and cups, not so much Hmm

S tried cucumber today, she managed to get it from her bumbo tray yes I know I need to get her a highchair to her mouth and pulled the funniest face when she got it in her mouth. Not sure if it was the taste the cold or the texture. Can't wait to see her try other things.

Agh got caught out by the thread finishing and hadn't taken my own advice to copy and paste Blush

VQ that is shit and I am very sorry about the bloody doctor.

We were having a similar conversation at the hospital today, paediatrician said there was no follow on milk for Nutramigen & suggested we try him on some normal formula in case he's grown out of CMPI. Thought we were going to get some advice on weaning but he just said to try stuff and see what happens. Er... thanks for that.

For the past 4 nights, 4 nights where the cat hasn't been asleep on my bed next to Fs cot, she has not settled quickly or easily at the start of the night. It's like she know. Maybe she can usually hear him breathing/purring.

So far we have had success with: butternut squash, sweet potato, parsnip, carrot, broccoli, garden peas, red lentils, homemade cauliflower cheese (although that is temporarily on hold until I make some with goats' milk), mange tout, sugarsnap peas, pear, apple, banana and marmite on toast. They luffs marmite on toast.

YW -9lbs14oz? Ouch. I actually like the name Felicity. I wasn't allowed it though.

So sorry the GP was a twunt VQ

Congrats team Kyz - she is gorgeous but I am happily NOT broody Smile

Do you remember ages ago me whinging about the village nutjob who had befriended me but then thought it was her god given right to invite herself to my house and dish out advice about M? Well after weeks of ignoring her she sent me some pretty poisonous messages about a fortnight ago. Something along the lines of me being a fucking idiot and knowing nothing about life Hmm . I replied asking her not to contact me again and then put the subject to bed and forgot about it after a big sob fest and days questioning my own parenting skills Blush . Well I ran into another woman from the group today who asked me if I had seen her. My reply "Nope, and after the nasty text messages she sent me out of the blue I am keeping my distance" Those were my exact words. I maybe should have said nothing but I was flustered. Well the psycho witch texted me tonight accusing me of turning people against her (are we 5 ffs!?) I have ignored it and put a block on her number but how the fuck do I live here without being scared of running into her!? And the other woman it seems. She is a complete nutter. and I am a complete wimp who will never feel sorry for strange people with a good sob story again

DP being less than supportive. I hate him tonight for no reason except the fact Inam due a period so thank god he is at work Blush

Also, Organix do these fruit puree pots that they go mad for. I think S would do just about anything for the apple and vanilla one, given the amount of flapping arm and chimp noise action that accompanies the eating of said pot.

Hi all, I just need to put this down.
Life has been good, a little lonely but good. I'm still feeling tired all the time, but I've bought some multi- vitamins to see if that helps.

Tonight has been, an eye opener. I'm so glad, I've said for my sister to look after nick if anything happens. Nick has a sore throat, and his crys are sharp. Around 6 he started to cry, and p came down the stairs and took over. Which is fine, as I can do the meal. But he couldn't cope with him crying. There was a point, where I was worried for N. I could have sworn, P would have shaken him if I wasn't there.

Woo Cat bag mmmm Marmite on toast (or in my case dairy free bagel) I could go for that now myself. Hmmm haven't had it since going dairy free - bet there's butter traces in my jar - must buy a new one tomorrow. Grin

mm Shit, she really is crazy. I would just keep doing what you are doing and stay as bland as possible. I am inclined to think that the other women are trying to do the same thing (ie carefully withdrawing), otherwise she would have accused you of slagging her off, rather than turning people against her. Don't be drawn.

kyz wooo! Congrats to your mum!

vq I am pissed off on your behalf that you have had to fight so hard each time you have been in to see the gp. Well fucking done for standing your ground x
