How to vote

Hello all you lovely mums!

I know mums are all a bit dim because you spend your time at home watching Jeremy Kyle and CBeebies (I'm a mum myself LOLOLOL) so I thought you would be grateful if I came on here and told you all how to vote.

What you do is, you put an X in the box for the candidate you want to vote for - a candidate is a person that wants to be your MP. This is called standing for office but they don't actually have to stand still all the time - bet you thought they did, didn't you?!

It is very important that you put the X in the box for the person you WANT to get in, not all the ones you don't. Just thought I'd better explain that.

lots of love

oooh naughty VinegarTits! You know if you spend all your time sitting on the sofa you will get fat, and no-one wants that. Though I could do with losing a few pounds myself LOL!

It is also very important you think about who to vote for. Did you know that who wins the election will affect lots of things in the next few years like how much tax we have to pay and what the Government does. The government are the people that are in charge.

Jack, they are in charge of the whole country, so it is really important you think hard about this.
You might have noticed recently there have been bits of paper put through your door with writing and pictures on. These are called leaflets. I know you want to look at pictures to know what the candidates look like but did you know you mustn't just vote for the one that looks most nice?

My Dear Daughter, who else would have a day off school

But seriously, this is on Thursday? Well I can't do it, have kids to look after, house to clean and to make myself look beautiful for my husband.
Anyway, he has just said that I don't need to bother my head about voting, I know my place

TroliticalPoll · 03/05/2010 10:27

you mean David Cameron, right? You ladies on here do love using abbreviations, don't you?

Well like I said you can vote for whoever you want but did you know the Labour party (that's not an actual party with drinks and nibbles, it just means a group of people who believe the same things about politics) have done a lot of things to help single mums like you but the Conservatives want to take their benefits away? This is because the Conservatives only like helping rich people! Yup, that's right

Jack I'm sorry but I have to disagree with your husband. If us girls were in charge there would be no more wars, for a start!

DuellingFanjo (what a funny name you have got by the way!) you can find out if your candidates have wives by looking at the things called leaflets that I told you about. If they have got a wife there will be a picture of them together holding hands and looking happy. That is how you can tell. (Not that I'm prejudiced in any way - each to his own I say!)
