Illegal immigrant kills whilst driving without tax, insurance or licence

Happens too often, why was he still here? Why wasnt he deported months ago ?

Also note "During his time in the UK Aziz and his family lived on state benefits. He worked cash-in-hand as a furniture removal man to top up his income."

just to dispel the myth that illegal immigrants dont scrounge off our system while there still here illegally. Another reason to deport him asap.

Bollox to his human rights, the human rights of the legal citizens of this country should come first, as should that which is in the best interests of OUR society.

Asylum seekers get 70% of the normal Income Support levels, and can't claim housing benefit, if they are destitue and homeless (And by homeless they usually have to prove that they know absolutely no-one in the country whose floor they can sleep on) they may get a little help they're not ALLOWED to work legally (at least for the first 12 months of waiting for a decision and even them may be refused permission)

And as an asylum seeker on appeal he wasn't an "illegal immigrant"

That said I do believe that there should be something in place to ensure that criminals are not allowed to stay in the country.

It was an accident. He shouldn't have been driving illegally, he should not have legally been working at all, he should have been allowing his wife and children to gradually starve on what very little benefits they would get.

But he didn't aim for the man on the scooter, it was an accident and this level of vitriol for him has been aimed at him because he's foriegn, and that is the only reason.

After all, "Man working cash in hand has accident resulting in death of another motorist" isn't sufficiently racist for the Daily hateMail

lets drop the 'asylum seeker' bit, its an insult to most people intelligence. Hes from Iraq,, were over there making it safe for him, so theres no reason to 'seek asylum' here. he should be in Iraq, doing his bit to make his country better.

Lets call a spade a spade, even if the truth hurts, he has no right to be here, so hes an illegal immigrant, hes been rejected once, thats good enough for most people.

Why don't you toddle off over to here? You'd be so much happier.

Face it - you're angry because he's foreign

Good diversion tactics, Pronoia, but it didnt work.

  1. here here illegally
  2. hes already been told to piss off
  3. hes working on the black
  4. he claiming benefits whilst working

5 he has no licence
  1. he has no insurance
  2. he driving skills are non existance
  3. he killed a legal citizen of this country as a result of all the bad and illegal things listed in 1-7 he comitting.

Ergo, he needs removing from our society to protect us, and now. The failure of the government to protect us from people like him is criminal, negligent and shows you how little Brown cares.

no - you get your facts right - he was known to the authorities as he was on appeal for his aslyum application (not uncommon - most go to appeal, and even then most are refused) he is not an illegal immigrant. He was not getting full state benefits, he still wouldn't have had permission to work legally.

I'd want to strangle anybody driving without tax, insurance or a license. i don't give a shite where they come from!

He was rejected once, he should have been removed then, as shoudl most rejects. All this appeal crap just gives them chance to vanish into the black economy.

He still was getting benefits, yours and mine taxes, having contributed nothing to the system, bearing in mind hes also working illegally (as hes claiming benefits AND he has no work visa) so he never will contribute.

And thats why they come here, thats why they pass through 8 or 9 countries to get here, to milk our system, ignore our laws, and endanger our citizens.

I suspect you wouldnt be so care bare about him if he had killed your loved one.

i'm sorry, but this is utter bollocks - should someone incompetant be 'let off' driving without a license/insurance because they need the money? Of couse not.

Nobody should be operating as a taxi driver, and they don't have the relavant license or insurance, doesn't matter if they're British/Leave to remain/Work permit...

ah, nothing to contribute then apart from a petty pick at the sloppy keyboarding. Must be a last resort, JarethTheGoblinKing , as you cant come up with any defence for the killer illegal immigrant.

I think you need to go and read up a little about the asylum process, asylum support (which is nothing like the benefits that I'm currently claiming as a lone parent), and what they're not allowed to do, the definition of "illegal immigrant" "asylum seeker" and "refugee" (as I suspect you don't know the difference) how long the government takes to make decisions, what life is like for those stuck into places such as Yarls Wood, and life for those who don't even qualify for the meagre "benefits" that others do

Then come back and tell me that you wouldn't try and work cash in hand to actually support your family, especially when you haven't been legally allowed to work for 5yrs.

This is TOTALLY separate from the fact that the twat was driving without insurance and killed someone.

Lincstash, I honestly think you're either paranoid or drunk, because JAreth is actually referring to her OWN posts, not yours, and you don't appear to have spotted this.

And, Jareth, I'd love to know where you got the idea that I was condoning this man's criminal behavior. I'm pretty sure I clearly stated that he SHOULD NOT have been driving, that he, his wife and his children should have been attempting to survive on the small amount of benefits they would have been getting.

Points 1 to 6 have fuck all to do with his driving ability. I used to work in the US illegally. I was the only white person in the place. We regularly got raided by the immigration police who wanted to see all the brown people's visas. No one ever checked mine because I was white and had a lovely English accent and so I couldn't possibly be a nasty immigrant. The whole system is built on racism and jingoism. When was the last time you questioned an Aussie on their right to work in the UK? No I thought not

lincstash - I knew this would be your thread whenever I saw the title. Of course I would HATE this man if he had killed my loved one -I would have an understandable reason to hate him. He has not done you or your loved ones any direct harm but you HATE him enough to start a thread about him here. The reason for your hate is obvious - it is called racism.

There was a report a few years ago about how British people in Australia were the largest nationality of illegal workers. here

and at least the idiot in the OP's story got a vaguely better sentence unlike this BRITISH man here

The tone of your first post was sarcastic, judgemental and presumptious. I'm not sure you meant to be all of these things, but that is how you came across.

I was merely stating that it matters not the whether someone is a British National - just whether they have the abilitity to drive legally.

And how, precisely, is sarcasm identified in print?
