Its a nasty law which deserves to fail
I don't know ReallyTired but presumably they already have methods and criteria for making that distinction right now, when people apply for certain other benefits?
How the governant tell the difference between two housemates of the opposite sex and a co habiting couple?
They have to share a room if they are 'a couple' ReallyTired, doesn't say anything about being married specifically here
I wish them every sucess. I think the governant needs to recongise that disabled people need more space. I also think its discriminatory that a couple is required to share a room where as two unmarried people aren't. Surely people should not be financially punished for being married.
