Do you forgive people and if someone annoys you, dont u want to tell them where to go and think nasty things and get revenge?

yes I do now. I find that if I don't forgive someone it eats me up inside and I can't function properly. But it wasn't always like this. I often picture those so much less fortunate than us and it makes me feel humble and I feel grateful, extremely for the life I have, living and breathing as I do. Why do you?

I have a fiery temper and can get into fights for the slightest thing, for example a friend and I have an agreement of how long we spend on the computer, because we share it and so she has until 10pm at night and I have 10pm until when I go to bed which is usually around 11 o clock, but her boyfriend was on one night and she refused to come off and I had arranged to have a chat with a friend online that night but because she didnt come off I got really angry with her for breaking her side of the agreement and ended up calling her a stupid cow and told her to go fuck herself and it almost ended in a physical fight. I don't want to be this angry person anymore. I just want to be a nice person, who doesnt care if people let me down.

Hasn't this got less to do with christian charity and more to do with self actualising/actualisation...? (it's early, soz)

There, I said it
