fairyfly of the forest I was so busy with baby paps party that my witchy self had to go on the back burner for halloween (i think there is abit of a pun there)

i did think about my left side alot and had some very strong suitably halloween type dreams!

don´t think that helps you. I am interested in learning more about this harmonic resonance that you posted on the other thread.

Too late now for my halloween wish, looking forward to burning some things on a bonfire next weekend though.

Sorry, couldn't post before now because of gruesome computer problems. Nearly all sorted now tho (fingers crossed).

Halloween for me is a Harvest Festival and my New Year Celebrations, all rolled in to one.

A friend and I did a small ritual on the Thursday before (for the pentagram and eclipse) and then again on Sunday. At our evening meal we laid an empty place setting, for any family spirits who might care to join the meal. We then spent a couple of lovely hours in the garden. We had a bonfire and my alter was decorated with a pumpkin lantern, conkers, ivy and orange and black candles. The ritual basically consisted of thanking the Lady and Lord for the harvests (actual and spiritual/emotional - everything we have planted and brought to maturity during the past year). Then we raised a toast to our ancestors with cider, before asking for the Lady and Lord's blessings for the coming year.

A lovely evening was had by all.
