Not sure if in right topic...but do any of you understand dreams?

I've been having dreams where I am drowing. I'm stuck under something (not sure what though),and the dream is happening quite often now.

What could it mean?

I've just had a quick look in the dream book and it suggests that there may be something in life that you 'can't keep your head above' like the water in your dream. Also says it could mean there is something with a mother-daughter relationship that is stunting your personal growth as an individual.

Get someone to check your sleep breathing.

Drowning dreams can be a subconscious sign of mild sleep apnea (can't spell it, lol) and the drowning just be because you aren't breathing properly.

If they dont go away, its better to get it checked just incase.

Have you changed you mattress recently ?
Older ones tend to sag, potentially leaving your body "worrying" about being trapped.
