my 3 kids are due to be christened soon ages 1, 7, and 8 (boy). what are they supposed to wear. i can find suitable clothes for the baby but having problems with the other two its either too expensive or too fussy for them. My son wont do fussy has anyone any ideas.

Next have a really nice boy's beige linen/cotton suit. In their catalogue it's on the wedding page. It comes in lots of sizes - I'm buying it for my baby ds for a wedding.

Oh, and I assume your 7 yr old is s girl? Anything pretty will b efine although traditionally white or ivory are good colours - something like the Next bridesmaids' dresses would be lovely

Ds wore shorts and a button down shirt, but in our defence he was 10 months old and it was about 35 degrees in the shade on the day.

Pants and a nice shirt for the boy?

The Next suit is very casual. If it's soon it might be a bit cool so you could layer it with a sweater or tank top.

I think shorts are fine for a summer baptism.
