In March 2015, Pope Francis announced that the universal church would celebrate a Jubilee Year from 8 December 2015 to 20 November 2016, dedicated to the theme of God's mercy. The Vatican announced the pope would perform several acts to demonstrate the theme of God's mercy.
I have been wondering about him for a while and looked a little deeper today.
He wouldn't sit in the Popes chair when voted Pope, wouldn't wear gold only silver, won't live in the Pope appartments, won't call himself Pope.
I looked him up on wiki after reading the Mother Teresa thread and I am left more confused than ever, is he a Pope?
I wonder what he will be getting up to from the 8th December?
