does anyone know how you cleanse crystals?

i remember someone telling me ages ago that you geta pendulum and dip it in water and then circle it over the crystals anti clockwise,and then dip again and circle over clockwise.is this right?or is it the other way around?

oh havent heard of that one.heard about burying them,but our dog would have a field day!!

dont suppose you know when the next full moon is?ive got some crystals that i havent used for aout 6 years!!found them in a box,so thought would start using them again.

ivejust bought some more off ebay,that are apparently charged with reiki.i did ask the seller about cleansing,but got no reply,so am wondering if seller isnt genuine,just a hairy trucker selling bits of rock!!!

ive heard something about candles in the ground at full moon,but havent a clue what thats for!!oh,and burying an apple!

i don't understand how something can be charged with reiki but then i don't know anything about what reiki is!

How about burying them in the garden during full moon then washing the mud off with salt water

i was the same,i didnt know anything about reiki,and then dh spouted that he had reiki done on his back!hands on healing with crystals.(funny how hes never mentioned this to me before,apparently it was before we met,mmmmmm!)

also saw on ebay,reiki healing!how can you do it distance when its this putting hands and crystals on people!am very sceptic about that!!

Take your pick:

To Moon Bless anything you basically just have to lay it out somewhere safe where the moonlight can fall on the item and leave it overnight. Works best on a full moon, but as long as you can see the moon shining, any night will do.

Ditto Sun Bless ? just leave out in sunlight. The brighter the day the better (HA! In this country).

You can bless water to use on other items. Just find a suitable container (I like fancy but clear glass bottles with corks, but that is personal preference) and fill with tap water. Then leave the bottle in the Moon or Sun as above.

Earth Blessing. - You bury items in the earth. Wrap them in bags or material first, preferably of a natural material like cotton and then bury for a day or too.

Air Blessing ? you use a smudge stick (basically a bundle of incense sticks tied together, usually sage) and waft the items through the smoke.

Fire Blessing ? pass items through the flames of a fire, not advised unless you have asbestos fingers

Water Blessing ? see note above about how to bless the water, then use that to wash the items.

There are loads of others ways too, but these are some of the commenest. You will find something you are happy with. Go with your instincts.

or I was given NAG Champa incense sticks .... so these work ... hope so !

Crystal - any incense will do but sage (especially white or mountain sage) is the most effective.
