another bizarre incident in my kitchen

we've had a few bizarre incidents with things falling off worksurfaces in the kitchen when there's been no one in there etc but today we've had another one.

dd and i were upstairs in her bedroom, ds and dh were in the lounge when suddenly there was an almighty crash. I rushed down to see how many broken glasses were on the tiled floor, ds got there first and was picking up a plastic bag from the kitchen floor. In the bag there are a few rosary beads and the like along with a ceramic jug. I had brought them from my sisters the other day and left them on top of my microwave (where eveything seems to go) until i could get to the loft and put them with my parents things. (they belonged to mum). Miraculously despite falling onto a ceramic tiled floor the jug wasnt broken,.

Had you overloaded the microwave top?

no - there was just the bag on one side and a box on the other

maybe your other was a bit miffed that her rosary beads went on top off the microwave where evryhting else went........
