Thinking of going back to church

My dads side are fairly church going and go regularly each sun. Dd was christened at their church and we attended toddler church to 'get in', really sort comfort in church when I was in early 20s (looked into getting confirmed) and quite like the idea of dd growing up with it but dh is very not interested ( am cofe)

Btw not keen on my friends relationship with the church - one friend just preaches all the time eventhough she has done some very unholy things , my other friends dad is a pastor and gets church hand outs

You wil have your own relationship with god and your church. It does not matter what your friend or DH think. Find the right place for you and your child,

Agree with Babies, also are there other CofE churches local to you? Do you only have the option of the one your friends attend?

Find the right place for yourself. Let your child decide for herself when she is old enough.
