So, my DD (5) and DS (3) are mixed race English and Indian (DH's family are Gujerati). DH is pretty rubbish with all things 'Indian' - he can't remember much from his childhood! I'd like to celebrate Diwali with them this year but don't know about what little traditions I can do with them. We can try and get / make some indian sweets, light some divas, colour some rangoli patterns, but I don't know what to do and when. Anyone got any ideas?
