Certainly not. I would have trouble marrying someone who didn't share my views on something so fundamental as religion.

If you need to pretend who you are to 'keep the peace' you might need to find someone else.

But I have found myself 'tracking' dh's views to some extent, I know I am influenced by changes in his beliefs.

Do you do this with your spouse or SO to keep the peace? If you didn't their could be consequences for your true beliefs? In doing so are you open minded & not close minded like your spouse or SO?
