Does anyone know what these patches are? (Photo)

My DDs cat has black patches developing on her nose. She's been on antibiotics recently after having a few teeth removed (rescue cat 9 months ago so possible poor diet before). No other medication. They don't hurt her and aren't particularly raised (one has slight bump but that may have been there anyhow).

Haven't seen anything like that before, probably best that your daughter speaks to her vet, who will be able to advise you.
