Odd behaviour from my lovely mog - is it because I'm expecting?

He can't get close enough to me at night. He's usually down by my feet on the bed but the last week or so he's been up by our shoulders in between me and dp, even got under the covers at one point. He's very clingy and purry which is lovely (but obviously it makes sleeping even harder!)

Is it because I have a baby bump or could it be something else? I don't remember this happening last pregnancy and his brother is unmoved.
