Do cats get colds?

All 4 have been sneezing today and the oldest of the 4 has runny eyes and a runny nose. They're all off their food. I used a different, finer cat litter when I changed the boxes a couple of days ago so just about to change that in case it's irritating them somehow.

DH thinks I'm being silly to call the vet in the morning, but they've never sneezed this much before and the older one is so unlike his normal self. It seems like he at least needs eye drops. Am I being silly?

They can do... Another alternative is hay fever, I have a cat who has that, too.

Worth consulting a vet.

Thanks... Glad I'm not being as silly as DH thinks! They're indoor cats so hopefully no contact with pollen or other cats to have caught anything. I will call the vets in the morning.
