Silly question I know but I seem to have jellybrain and can't come up with anything - we are getting a female cat (balance out the gender thing in our house back to even stevens!! I have a DH and DS!!) and I want a name I won't get fed up with in five minutes. any ideas?

Belladonna? That actually works best for two kittens, I had two called Bella and Donna... depends on the colour really you could have Mist or Shadow.... Slinky Malinki? Although that's a sort of boyish name, Isis or something godessy... I had Polly and Flinders out of a nursery rhyme too 'little Polly Flinders sitting in the cinders' very appropriate!

I had rabbits called snowdrop, forgetmenot, ebony, ocha and snowflake....

erm... oh I could go on all night!

My mates kitten is called Tealy, which I think is lovely. Or Tootsie.

kanga, don't know what it will look like, it's just that we have taken the decision to get one soon - but it'll just be a bog standard make, no pedigree for us!

Love Slinky Malinki, fastasleep, one of DS favourite books! Just thought something more girly, perhaps....like nature-y sort of names like pumpkin..but not that exactly.....

ggirl, Tumble is a really cute name; a definite possible! Sweetie I have to veto as would be too embarrassed of neighbours hearing me shout "SWEEEEEEETIE! come here puss!!!!!"

Our cats are called Lilly and Yum Yum. Usually get called Lil and Yummy though. They also have daft pedigree names that their breeder chose.

Dodgem

(-because they run around with their tail stuck straight up in the air like the poles at the back of a dodgem car.)
