Pwwwwww - on a rising note. If course that's based on raspberrying with pursed lips, if you go for the wet tongue approach instead then it's probably more of a thhhhhhhh. Which raises the question - just how many different ways are there to blow a raspberry?

My very clever MIL has sent me this...

There are multiple spellings, generally with at least one letter repeated several times in a row to show that the sound is drawn out. Sometimes hyphens are used between these letters.

TTTTHPBT! or T-T-THPT! for example

"Th" is almost always included, which makes sense, since that's the primary sound of a blown raspberry. I have no idea if there is actually an official spelling.
