The Sunday Times recently reported that Dominic Grieve is well above average in his use of three word alliterative phrases in debates. Apparently it's a sign of true intellectual ability.

Does this put pitiful pedants to shame?

Since when was alliteration a sign of anything, apart from poetry in the days before rhyming? Silly twonks at Sunday Times suggest twaddle. IMO.
