"I will go in three weeks" and "I will go in three weeks' time" are correct.
Thank you - that's what I thought but got wobbly as I'm the only pedant one of my friends who's obsessive about grammar So what about "in three weeks" - do you assume the word time and therefore write "in three weeks' " ?
Yes - one week's time, two weeks' time.
I would say "one week's time" as the time is belonging to the week
