Easter Egg hunt

I'm doing as mall Easter Egg hunt for 2 11 year old girls, and 7 and 6 year old boys tomorrow. I've got some clues, but I need a few more. Anybody got any ideas? I need a clue that will lead them to a gate, one that will lead them to a long metal pipe and one that will lead them to a dinghy. I need them to be really hard - last year it was too easy!
