DS 6 invited to Fancy Dress Dr Who themed party. What can he wear?

DS is going to a dr who themed party in half term. Im struggling to think of what he can wear....without breaking the bank of course. I know the current dr who wears a dark pin stripe suit...might be hard to find...and a long brown coat. Anyone have any ideas on what else I can dress him in. Its at the hosts house so might be a bit cramped so better not dress him up as a full sized darlek!

Long scarf/floppy hat and long coat for the classic Tom Baker look.

Or if he has a black top and trousers he could go as the Master.

Army greatcoat and toy gun - Captain Jack.

A Cyberman mask is pretty easy to do with silver card.
