Can you recommend any cat/kitten books or toys for my 8 year old?

My daughter is going to be 8 she loves kittens and I'm looking for kitten books or toys for her.

We do have a kitten so it could even be something she can play with the kitten with

You can usually make a cat at Build A Bear, which she might enjoy making. Lots of accessories and clothes too, Check there is a cat before you go though!

Magic Kitten series of books by Sue Bentley are popular with that age. There is also the Battersea Dogs and Cats Home series by, I think, Sarah Hawkins. Some are just about a dog, some just a cat and some a dog and a cat.

if she likes despicable me u can buy the sleepy kittens book he reads in the film. I got from Amazon my 6 and 3 yr old love it despite it being a board book
